ICB Consulting, Inc. is a privately held company based in Denver, Colorado. Our team consists of the following people:

Devin Johnson, President

Devin founded ICB Consulting and is currently its President. Although the President of the company, Devin continues to also provide services to clients as a consultant. Devin's background is in accounting (he is still a licensed CPA in Colorado). But about six years ago he changed his career focus to technology consulting because he found that he had a good mix of accounting/finance skills and computer skills. Michael Plonowski, Consultant

Michael is both a Great Plains consultant and a database developer. Michael's background is in information technology. He started as a help desk/support technician and gradually worked his way up. For the past four years, he has focused on helping accountants with technology. He tends to be involved in our Great Plains projects that require a more IT intensive background (such as complex integrations with other systems). Fadi Zakhem, Consultant

Fadi is one of our lead Great Plains consultants. Fadi's background is in accounting. He was working as an accounting manager for a privately held company in Denver before deciding to change his focus to Great Plains consulting. In addition to working with Great Plains, Fadi is an expert in report development, using reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, FRx Reports, and Microsoft Access. Noel Schloegel, Consultant

Noel is a Great Plains consultant with experience in Great Plains, Crystal Reports, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Reporting Services. Steve Lieberman, Trainer

Steve is a part-time contractor for us and teaches many of our publicly available training classes. He has been our primary trainer for over a year. Steve has extensive experience as a programmer, systems analyst, software developer and all around jack of all trades. He enjoys teaching for us as well.

Other Consultants

In addition to the above full-time employees, we supplement our staffing with a variety of people who work for us on a contract or part-time, as needed basis. We do that partly to accommodate the career wishes of people who do not desire full-time employment and also to help us properly balance our workload. Given the nature of our consultant practice, some times we are very busy and some times we are not so busy. To deal with the peak demand, we need to supplement our full-time employees with help from part-time contractors.
