Microsoft Great Plains Technical Support and Help Desk Services

 

Are you getting the support you need with Great Plains?   We are an authorized Microsoft Great Plains business partner located in Denver, Colorado.   We can help you make the most of your investment in Great Plains.   We want to provide you with world-class technical support services on Great Plains, on an outsourced basis.    

 

Here's how we work:

 

>   You will get assigned a primary support consultant.   Whenever practical, that person will be assigned to support your account.   If the primary person is not available, you will also be assigned a secondary contact.

 

>   We prefer to provide telephone based support (operating via e-mail can be frustrating when dealing with support issues).

 

>   You can call us for support whenever you need help.    We will keep track of the time incurred and either bill you on a credit card or send you a semi-monthly invoice.   Our billing rate is $85.00 per hour.

 

>   We have invested in tools to improve the quality of our support.   For example, we have software that allows us to view your computer screen (this process is secure - we can see your screen only when you give us permission to do so).   This enables us to troubleshoot problems much more effectively and quickly.
