Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) Accounting Software Annual Maintenance
In addition to the cost of purchasing the software, you must also purchase an annual maintenance agreement with Microsoft. Every year, you will be required to pay Microsoft the maintenance fee.
The annual maintenance agreement entitles you to the following:
> Free upgrades as new versions are released (about once every 1.5 years)
> Access to an online technical support knowledgebase, enabling your staff to answer/fix many problems on their own
> Access to Microsoft's online training on Dynamics GP.
